Yoga and SUP

Simply a perfect match. Yoga, a peaceful lagoon, sound of the waves and unspoiled nature around.

What is SUP yoga?

Stand up paddle boarding (SUP) uses a bigger surf style board and a long paddle. SUP is a fun and relaxing way to enjoy the water. Don't worry. During the first hours even beginner masters basics and yoga classes gets to entirely new level.

Before our first SUP yoga class we are going to show you the basics and proper paddling on the paddle board. After that you can practice whenever you want as SUP's are available all day for you to explore the lagoon; a nearby island full of pelicans, cormorants and other birds migrating from Canada.

Our yoga classes are suitable for all, from beginners to advance. We threat everyone individually, so it is not important, what is your level of experience with yoga.

What is a Temazcal?

A Temazcal is a traditional steam bath used for both healing and ritual purposes by the Aztecs and Mayans.
